Christmas Decorating Party
Come help us decorate our church, inside and out, for the Advent season! Even if you can only come for just a few hours and not the entire time, we’d love to have you join us.
Arrive a little early for some coffee and treats, and stay for a pizza lunch.
Please RSVP by Monday, Nov 18 so we can strategize our work for that day and plan for enough food!
Can't wait! Christmastime is almost here!

Alpha
What is Alpha? Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. Each session looks at a different question that people can have about faith and is designed to create conversation. It’s an open, informal, and friendly place where individuals can explore their Christian faith at their own pace, get answers to their questions, and where honest opinions are welcomed and listened to. What does it look like? It's simple: food, a talk, and good conversation. So whether you're a Christian with questions or have a friend, coworker, or family member looking for answers, this course might just be the tool you need!
Some of the questions we will be looking at include:
Is There More To Life Than This?
Who is Jesus?
Why Did Jesus Die?
How Can We Have Faith?
Why and How Do I Pray?
Why and How Do I Read the Bible?
How Does God Guide Us?
How Can I Resist Evil?
Why and How Should I Tell Others?
Does God Heal Today?
What About the Church?
What is the commitment?
Alpha meets once a week, for 10 weeks, at the church with one additional meeting on a Saturday morning. Each weekday meeting lasts approximately 2 hours.
What will each week look like?
Each week, you will enjoy a free meal, hear a short teaching and encouragement, and then meet in small groups where you will talk about the teaching and share life in an open and friendly, and no-pressure environment.
Let us know you're interested in attending by registering today!
GriefShare Meeting
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before.
“Going to GriefShare feels like having warm arms wrapped around you when you’re shivering.”
Our GriefShare group meets weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.
You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. You will be able to continue with GriefShare through the next 13-week cycle and view any of the videos you have not seen.

Join us as we record the next episode of our new Cross of Grace Church podcast, COG Firepit Chats. We're calling it, "The End of the World As We Know It".
Our pastors will be looking at what the Bible says about the end times and we invite you to join the conversation! As we enter the back half of Daniel in a couple of weeks, questions are going to pop up about the end times so we want to talk about what the Bible says about it. Register today to be part of the conversation.
